If you are reporting a problem
Three things make a report answerable instead of a guess:
- which screen you were on, and which course and level;
- what you expected and what happened instead;
- your device and OS version, if the app behaved oddly rather than being merely wrong.
If you found a mistake in the content
Send the exercise exactly as it appeared, and what it should say. Content corrections are the most useful mail this address receives: a wrong article or a stiff translation reaches every learner until someone reports it.

Read it and answer it. Your address is used for the reply and nothing else — see Privacy.
